What are the obstacles that are creating stress in your life, and how do you overcome them? We all have obstacles - from a never-ending to-do list, to a recent (or not so recent) diagnosis of a chronic condition. Pain can be an obstacle. So can communication with someone who doesn't understand what you're going through.

For me, my biggest obstacle for decades, has been driving. I live in southern California...land of the freeway.....and these days, combined with the land of the text messages. Not a good combo. In fact, a combination that increases my stress levels every time I drive.

Here are a few practices that will help you overcome your obstacles.
