There's too much "to do" and not enough "to be".
And they call these the "Holidays"?

Want to take a mental "bubble bath"? Sit down for 10 minutes in the middle of all your to-do's, put your feet up and just breathe. Yeah, you can heat up a cup of tea first if you really want..... Of course, that's just one extra thing "to do"....but if the reward is just too tempting.....well, you be the judge.
But just sit. And breathe. And focus your attention on your heart......sending feelings of loving kindness to your heart. Just for 10 minutes. I promise you, the world won't stop turning. Because it's that sweet, kind, loving heart of yours that wants to make others feel good. You want them to come to a clean house. You want them to be surrounded by pretty decorations, and you want to feed them delicious food.
That's because you want to give.....which is the sign of a warm and generous heart.
Now.......put yourself on the list. Give yourself the gift of loving kindness.
